Mindful Eating

Dave had tried countless diets over the past 10 years with no consistent success.

By exploring his thought patterns and completing a couple of assessments I identified that he was a perfectionist with dichotomous thinking styles. Research indicated that mindful-eating is able to reduce in dichotomous thinking, emotional eating and food cravings.

After just three weeks of mindful eating practice Dave was able to resist food in his house and eat more healthily on holiday.
